May 13: Worst experience in my life ever. They dropped of the other passenger and me on the gas station in two different cars, and tried to combine two cars into one, without our consent. Price was lowered from $55 to $50, and they actually earned $100 for two passengers. The Driver constantly talked using the phone. If not following their rule, they said they will call the policeman. OVER-CHARGED, THREATENING PASSENGERS, WORST SERVICE.

For $88 per person and $ 55 each side for pick up and drop the deal was pretty sweet . Most importantly for $88 AAA patched us with GREYLINE's sight seeing tour which is awesome ! Yes there was a miscommunication on the day when sightseeing happened and the experience was not good as the lady who was over the call did not tried to fix problems . But yes , they did acknowledge the miscommunication and reached out to me which is a heartening gesture .

I had a horrible experience with AAA Taxi. Booked them for air port pick up on 1Aug 2016 at midnight. Wrote them and got confirmation on e mail before starting my trip to US. On morning 1Aug called them from Washington DC to remind the pick up and got assurance. Arrived Buffalo Int. airport at mid night with family and found no body was waiting for us.We waited for about 30 mins. with a hope that some body will come and pick us up but without any luck. It was a terrible night and finally we reached Niagara paying a premium price to other taxi service. AAA Taxi should be banned.I surprise,who has given such an irresponsible company 3.9 rating? Avoid them at all cost.

I used AAA for round trip service from the Buffalo Airport over to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. My driver was Sam and he was waiting for me when I landed. Sam was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the area. This was my first trip to the region and he was able to answer all of my questions. My return trip to the airport was just as pleasant, Sam arrived at my hotel on time and continued to be an engaging guide, asking about my trip and discussing various sights. The combination of being able to book my trip in advance, receive prompt and courteous service and really not having to be concerned about ground transportation during my stay, would allow me to recommend AAA to anyone visiting the Buffalo/Niagara area. Thank you, AAA and thank you, Sam!
