Blue United does not have any wheelchair accessible vans, so that's why they didn't service the passenger in a wheelchair. All of their taxis have meters, so the story about being overcharged by a taxi without a meter is bogus. However, the stories about long waits for cabs at times are probably true. Drivers rent the cabs, and make their profit from paying customers. When it's slow they go home, sometimes not leaving enough taxis to service customers.

Dispatcher was a rude women. Sounded 30-40, bitter to be dispatching anyone early. How about training these people for better customer service?

Not very nice and never have enough drivers. Place had you waiting over a half hr for a cab.

I RATE THEM ZERO stars, (BUT IT WON'T LET ME POST WITHOUT 1 STAR) I work at a local Hotel In Niagara Falls, first time I called, they answered and said they had NO cabs. - WOW, a week later I gave them another chance 2 rooms full of customers and they wanted 2 cabs, the dispatcher said sure, no problem, 2 cabs on the way. 35 mins later, when I Called and asked where the cabs were - there is 1 (one) on the way. Ok, can you call and find out where he is? He is in the area??? wtf - I called LaSalle - they were here in 2 minutes and got 3 fares = 3 separate trips. I will never call Blue again and will pass it on to other hotel owners! BAH HUM BUG!

Driver took the long way and agrued with me about it then pulled over in the cold while I had my baby for me to just get out! I would not recommend them
