We called a taxi to our address, he didn't come all the way down our road to check for us and turned around and left emedietely (we were waiting on the porch with our lights on). When we called back to explain, the taxi then returned but checked even less area then prior. When the location is a crescent maybe they should be checking a but more thouroghly. Its just lazy customer service.

0 customer service. 0 human decency. Overall star rating is 0! To the drivers trying to steal from you; refusing to give you proper change back. Refusal of service because your in a wheelchair; driver made comments "what will you do hobble around" when asked if we could fold a manual wheelchair into the trunk. To reception when you call and complain you receive a hostile woman who will first argue with you that you're wrong & hang up on you if you ask for dispatch. To dispatch when I called back another vulgar, snarly woman answered to correct my complaint and hung up on me. I was encouraged to complain by one of their drivers as he, like us, was in such disbelief this was happening; all to find out the company he worked for did not genuinely care at all. We were then encourage to call the people who employ their service; Niagara Falls Police Commissioner. Basically, this is the worst transportation company; we will never return as customers; we will share our experience & refer people to take their business else where!

The driver we had decided to run a red light in one of the busiest intersections in the falls. We had our 4 month old in the back with us as well. He stopped middle of the intersection and waited for the light to turn green. He was more concerned with making conversation than paying attention to the roads. To make matters worse he never turned on his meter until the middle of the intersection. Get to where we are going and he decides to give us whatever price. We called the dispatch to file a complaint with one of the managers and never got a phone call back. They clearly do not care about the safety of their passages or customer service. So I would strongly recommend going with a different company.

My best friend and I were walking across a street in Niagara Falls. I had my flashlight on, looking for something I had dropped as I was walking. As we were crossing, a driver from this company started yelling and screaming at us. Telling us to mind our own f***ing business, calling us f***ing b****es, etc. I will personally never be giving this company my business.

Called Niagara Falls Taxi this morning around 11:48, and spoke to a woman there saying I needed to order a taxi for my wife to go to her job interview. I asked for an idea the cost and she gave it to me, no sooner before I could state the time I needed the taxi there she simply hung up. The call did not drop she simply hung. Now, strange the fair was 72 dollars round trip, and if she gets the job, until we find a place near my wife's work we would be using taxi when needed which would be two or three times a week. Well babe! I hope you're the owner cause you just lost a huge return customer. If you are looking for a friendly helpful taxi, call Central Taxi, they dispatch was friendly helpful and above all not Niagara Falls Taxi! Yelp, Trip Advisor, Google, Facebook, and the list will continue
