I was here a few days ago to get my International Driver's License. The receptionist was courteous and knowledgeable about the license and its usage. Forgot my passport photos so got them taken at the shop too. Overall process took less than 15min, most of the time was waiting for other people to finish using the photo equipment. Excellent customer service!

Don't believe their lies. As a AAA member, I had my car towed here when the clutch failed. It took two days for them to get back to me with an estimate (even though i was calling them repeatedly requesting as much) and when they did it was to tell me $1500 for a new clutch. F that. Had the car towed elsewhere and had my slave cylinder linkage replaced and got a new battery (mine mysteriously died while in AAA's possession) and paid less than 1/3 of what AAA Toco Hills wanted to charge me.  Go elsewhere. Hint: search the Decatur area for a positive auto mechanic review by yours truly.

Overpriced than a dealer and with the OEM products. I had an oil change with synthetic oil and they charged $56.00 even the coupon. Honda dealer will charge only $ 45 with a high quality filter. They also quoted me to replace the catalytic converter for almost $900 with the off brand product. I went to Honda and get a quote for $100 less with Honda parts. Go figure
