I was very happy with the services provided at Ben Collinger's office for over 5 years. They go the extra mile to help you and are very patient in answering all the questions. They are extremely efficient at what they do and I have held different types of policies through their office. I would like to especially mention Katie for being very helpful and I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I consider Ben Collinger's State Farm office to be one of THE most customer-focused groups in business -- not just compared to their insurance peers, but compared to ANY customer-facing operation.  And there is one of Ben's employee -- Katie Dawley -- who, as far as we are concerned, hung the Customer Care Moon.  While there are other Customer Care Professionals who well may match Katie's customer service, we doubt that anyone can exceed her drive to ensure complete and unsurpassed service to her customers.  Her responsiveness is tireless, consistent, authentic, honest, and (fill in whatever superlative, and it will not overstate our appreciation for such a dedicated Customer Service Professional).  Katie, thank you, for all that you do for us...and for the service professionals.

Very professional and caring agent and staff! They really try to offer the most affordable prices and go the extra mile for their customers. They are just like family, never had that in an insurance agency. Katie (sweet soul) even took the time to converse about my child's heart surgery.
 They offer property, renter's, auto, and life insurance, roadside and much more I'm sure. But, I can honestly say I'm here to stay! If you're looking for honest and dependable insurance coverage look no further.
