Whatever you do, do not rent with these people. They got new management and I thought everything would be better however ice changed unit sizes back in August of 2017 and was told that I would not owe any more money until November and it would only be in the amount of $26.  I work 6 to 7 days a week 12 to 13 hour days so yes I do get behind on occasion and need a phone call as a reminder, but I always pay the same exact day that they call me. These people chose not to call me until December and said they would waive the late fee but it would still be almost $78. I have one refrigerator and a 5 by 10 unit and I just paid $78 for one month that is ridiculous and it will be out before the end of this month and if anybody ever asked me about this place I will be sure to let them know not to ever go there

I've  been a customer for just over a year..... must say that this is the absolute WORST business to ever open... the management or should I say the staff are not very customer friendly....AT ALL.... my bill is due on the 23rd of every month...now granted they do allow at least a 4 day grace period before the late fees kick in however.... I was able to make my payment on time during the month of August..... August 25th to be exact. I went over to my storage unit to drop off some boxes only to find that my storage unit has a double lock on it. Their emergency line is completely full and cannot accept anymore messages so I have to wait until their next business day. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A CONVIENT STORAGE PLACE IN THE BUFORD AREA DO NOT......DO NOT.... DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!!!!! ALSO I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

This is the best storage service I ever had. The manager was so helpful and caring. She pay attention to my needs.

My review is not good. We were storing our travel trailer here and it got broken on to. In the past 2 weeks. I would not use this facility due to the people that has access to it. Also who ever does the landscaping purposely sprayed our trailer with grass clippings.
