This place seems very nice and is pretty secure for your belongings. There is a keypad entry, but I have gone by several times and the vehicle gate (or the gate that people can walk through right beside the vehicle gate) has been standing wide open late at night. However, they do not tell you that they go up on your rent every 6 months or so. They claim that it is to "keep up with market prices" and such. But, I started out paying rent of $209/mo. They have just raised my rent AGAIN to $250/mo. You can go on their site right now and their LARGEST most expensive unit is not even $250/mo. In fact, my same unit on their website right now is going for less than $200/mo. I believe they just try to get you into the unit and believe that you will continue to pay for the service instead of dealing with the hassle of moving your things to another place. I am done with it though. I will have my things out before the new rent takes effect. I would not recommend this place. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Update in Response: I understand what you are saying; however, my question is this: If I moved my things out today would you charge the next customer $250/mo for my exact same unit? If not, then that means you are charging an established customer who always pays on time more simply because they are a reliable customer. Shouldn't you reward your long-term customers instead? And if you are going to give them a lower price, then you are taking a gamble on whether those people will continue to pay on-time every month like your established customer did. So you alienate your reliable customers, take a gamble on the new customers, and then alienate them every 6 months when you go up on their rent. Why would I pay $250/mo for my current unit when I can (a) go to a different storage rental and pay less than $200/mo or (b) move my things to another one of YOUR units, get the largest most expensive unit you have, and still pay less than $250/mo? It does not make sense. The prices for the units are not going up to those rates on your site. You are only going up on the rates for established customers. It seems like a silly business plan to me, but it is your business so you feel free to do as you like. I appreciate your quick response to the review, and it seems like you are very involved; however, I still cannot handle the price increases every 6 months and will still be relocating my things.

Excellent service! Best storage place my husband and I have ever used. The customer service we received went above and beyond anything we expected. Keep up the excellent work!

I really like this location, and Randy, the guy that helped me was very nice. He explained everything to me, and took his time with me. The hole place was nice and clean. This was the best decision I could've made.

I hate this place. The on sire service is great, yeah, and so are the units, but the fact that my bill increases substantially every 3-6 months really sucks. I got a $30 unit. It has now gone up to nearly $70 on two years. Not cool. At my earliest opportunity I'm removing my items from this space and putting them somewhere tha won't mess me over for money I don't have on a unit the size of a walk in closet.
