UPDATE:  6 months ago when I was signing up, everything was great, now that I am 6 months in, it is extremely difficult getting a hold of anyone on the phone...and don't expect a call back.  I've had issues with their automatic payment system for the last 3 months because I changed cards.  They can't seem to update the new card permanently, thus I have to chase them down every month to take my payment.  I don't know why this is so difficult.  

Moving is already a stressful event so it was a breath of fresh air how easy this location made the storage process.  Ashley was so kind & accommodating from the first day.  Her knowledge, kindness, & willingness to work with my specific situation made this facility my first & last stop. Thanks for all the help ladies!

Ashley Morro was awesome. We came to get a storage unit since we are moving in the next couple months, and that alone can be stressful. She was sweet, welcoming and knowledgeable about the unit, location, and terms of the agreement. The price was great, in comparison to other units around the area and other companies. We got 1/2 off our first months rent, small monthly insurance fee and admin fee. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. If you’re in need of a storage unit, in and around this area, check them out! Conveniently located off 20 and Hurricane Shoals, right next to 316.

I've been to plenty storage places and this is yet the best place. The customer service is amazing and the place is clean. I spoke to Ashley and she was extremely helpful and friendly.
