They have had two rate increases in the last two years. Liked it much better when they were American Flag. They will boot your unit in a heart beat. They usually communicate to me by email but notify me by mail of rate increase of $9 which I have no problem paying but charge me a late fee for the $9 shortage. I’ve been here for 5 years and have never missed a payment but that doesn’t seem to matter
