I have never seen a simpler storage facility; the state of the art security AND professionally trained personnel made this a "no-brainer" when choosing rental units for my family's storage needs.

No security, frequent break ins. I had my locker broken in to. The detectives stated it was a frequent occurrence at that place, the back of the facility is unsecured!

This week (Jan 12, 2012 was a second break in at their facility in the last 4 months.  The manager promises cameras but has not installed any since May 2011.  he keeps giving excuses like, the lightening took them out or the tornado. The fences can easily be jumped from the Roads (razor wire only goes halfway around the property. There is no locked outside doors or door codes for the climate control building. All units have a large space across the top so that anyone with a ladder can look over into the units and assess the contents.  The person on duty this last time took 2 days for all the people with broken into units to be notified.  They refused to replace the broken latches immediately saying that the person who does that works another job and can only do it in the evenings.  The phone is connected to Vonage and if the power goes out while you are in the facility, there is no way to call the emergency number to get someone to open the gate because it is connected to their computer which is also offline.  You have to call the Sheriffs office to get them to manually unlock the gate. Currently this place is for sale and the manager lives in Florida and is difficult to reach even by his paid staff.
