When a business has a bad rating, believe it.  I have spent thousands of dollars at this location. My car is running the exact way it was when I took it in. I even told them what I thought the problem was from reading comments on line. They told me it was the transmission and it was running fine now. Wrong, it is doing the same exact thing it was doing when they towed it away. They are trying to stick me with another 330.00. The manager told me he knew if he told me it may be something else I may just not have it fixed. Take your business elsewhere. Trust me!

Worst Outcome EVER!! So I to recommended to Aamco Transmission in Midland MO by my warranty company. I was hesitant at first due to me not knowing anything about this company. But still went to them b/c I wanted my transmission replace. This was in May. So when it came time to pick up my car, I noticed that my car radio didn't work at all & my check engine light was on. I immediately called & was told that the problems I was having was due to my car battery being left out for a few hrs. But late I learned that my battery was left out for days which EVERY other shop I have spoken to told me that this was their 1st screw up. Then I found out that my bracket & bolt that supported my power steering holes up was missing. I called Aamco Transmission Midland & was told to bring my car back up so they could take a look at their Negligence, so they could pay for their screw up. So I towed my car back up there & magically my bolt & bracket after being at the shop for 4hrs. The manager claimes the other shop must have replaced the bolt & bracket for free. Now I don't know any shop who would order parts & fix a problem for free. Especially if they was going to charge me $950 for the Power steering holes, bracket & bolt. All I WANT IS FOR THAT SHOP TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY MESSED UP.. I have talk to Carly from customer service & she has been NO HELP. The other shop has already sent them the paper work & prove that my car was missing parts that resulted in my power steering to go out. Also Aamco Transmission said they left my battery out for days so they should also pay for my computer reboot. I'm in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau to get the place SHUT DOWN. Also if you have a problem DONT CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL YOU'RE GOING TO GET IS ANSWERING SYSTEM & THEY'LL CALL YOU WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT..

I called with very minimal information on my cars warranty and Rob went above and beyond to help me figure out what steps i needed to take to get my repair covered by them.  Unfortunately I've had this same car in shops a lot in the last year but i absolutely will not take it anywhere else now.  The repair was  quick and the level of customer service far surpassed my expectations.

Although AAMCO does specialize in transmissions, they are quite pricey.
