Extremely helpful with quick reliable service. Great waiting area with free coffee and other drinks. 30 mins and you're out. Pretty painless process especially since I am clueless about this stuff.

I stopped by to get a quote.  They were able to get me right in for a replacement windshield.  The office employees were really nice and fun.  The tech was amazing and took his time explaining the process.  The lobby was clean and had great coffee, tea, and water for us while we waited.

Just got a new windshield put in by technician Joseph.  Joseph was right on time, very professional and friendly. He happily let me watch and explained the what, how, and why of what he was doing.  It was fascinating and I learned a lot about my car in talking with him.  He worked quickly and carefully taking great care to not damage, mar, or break anything while removing a particularly old and stubborn windshield.  The finished product looked great!  This was a guy who knew what he was doing and took pride in his work.  Everything was exactly as promised. Would gladly recommend Safelite, and particularly Joseph, to others.

I had an amazing experience with this Safelite location.  The regulator for the drivers side window on my van was broke, and Safelite said if I got the part they would install it.  Long story short, Carquest auto parts sold me an incorrect part twice.  After the second time, Safelite volunteered to order the part themselves.  They ordered it, sent someone to my location to install it, and charged me less than what I would've gotten the part from Carquest for (assuming they had sold me the correct part).  All the technicians I dealt with were extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
