Terrible service! I called before arriving asking them did I have to make an appointment to get my vehicle fixed & they said no. They claimed if I dropped it off early in the morning at 8am when they open, that they could check on everything. I dropped my 2004 ford escape off Tuesday morning on 6/14/16.My truck's ac was not working,intermittently shaking while driving,check engine light was on.They claim that I would have to pay $95 for diagnose which I agreed. I wanted to know everything that was wrong with my truck before paying any additional services.They never called me, I called them everyday 10 minutes before they closed at 5pm , to see if they had completed the diagnose. Everytime they would claim, they were still checking on everything. I went to the shop on Thursday 6/16/16 asking for my truck back &the diagnose results. They claim that everything was working fine &the mechanic had taken my engine out &would be back in to place it back in my truck. I came back in those 20 minutes &when trying to ask the mechanic what was wrong with my truck, he just replied that my keys were in the truck. Waste of time, unprofessional! My truck was still the same after having it for 2 days. Don't waste your time...and no I did not pay that $95 I didn't even want to rate them 1star but it was the only was you would be able to read this review

After calling several transmission shops, I called Mr. Transmission because they offered a free diagnostic. My car was not shifting properly and they diagnosed it for free. It was a shift solenoid that was replaced and a transmission service was performed. I had previously called the other shops and they all told me it would be a major rebuild and a minor repair would not solve the problem. Thanks to Mr. Transmission. I would recommend them to anyone. The people there were very professional and handled my care with care.

I brought my Trailblazer to Ryan Chevrolet, I brought it in to the service dept. for a recall and picked it up with a blown transmission and a frozen AC compressor, The service manager was very rude and had no clue what had happened to my SUV, So I had it towed to AAMCO, They had to rebuild my Transmission and entire AC system on my Trailblazer, The customer service by the manager was above and beyond any other automotive shop or dealership that I have been too. I would send my mother there and not worry.
