We went shopping for a car and stopped by Petro. They were very helpful in the process.  They knew their product well! The manager Randy came out and helped as well. He was very attentive and listened to our needs. We were really happy when we left there. Thats a good feeling!

Petro didn't want to come off the price of the auto I was trying to purchase.  They informed me that since they gave me payoff on my trade in that they couldn't go any lower on the vehicle I was interested in.  Then, after explaining to the salesman I was already pre approved through my credit union for a certain amount at a certain interest rate he asked why I didn't want to do my financing through them. I explained that I did not want my credit ran through several banks. He told me he could probably get me a lower interest rate through their bank. I gave him permission to run it through their bank, and again I told not to run it through more than one. So after hours of waiting, he came back with a purchase order and told me to give that to my credit union and sent me on my way. So the day after Credit Karma alerted me that I had 5 hard inquiries on my credit. My salesman failed to tell the sales manager that I DID NOT want my credit pulled more than once. And to top that off my bank called me and said  the vehicle I was interested in had been wrecked! However, the car fax that they show you doesn't show everything! They still would'nt come off of the price, saying that it was JUST a fender bender! Right, and there is no telling what secondary problems that could cause in the future. I did not have an enjoyable experience through them at all. If you plan on buying a vehicle through them, I would suggest having cash in hand and expecting to pay full price for the auto. Having a mechanic look at the auto would'nt be a bad idea either.

Worst dealership that I have been dealt with! Rude and not helpful at all. Left there and went to Nissan of Picayune and bought a car that day. Do not recommend Petro!

The problem that occurred the first time was based on a lack of communication between Petro service staff(this was told to me by them). When arriving the second time, they (especially Brian) had their act together. Everything was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. They took care of the recall, made sure my tire pressure was equal in all tires (I had put too much in two of the tires) and vacuumed the interior...car looked great. Thanks to Brian for his help and to Holly for calling. I will continue to trade at Petro.

I was having a battery issue with a 2006 Titan XE I purchased from an individual. I took it to the dealership to have it repaired. The negative wire needed replacing as well as the positive terminal. They replaced it and gave me a new battery for half the cost of a local auto store. I spoke to Bryan and he helped me out. Today, I had an issue with an ECM relay. They were the only ones in town with the part and for a $2.98 part I saved over $500 on what could have been misdiagnosed as a fuel pump issue. Bryan once again helped me today and tried to save me a few dollars. I will only go to the dealership from now on for servicing. They were very helpful and saved me a lot of money.
