Great professional service, had my truck in to do a wheel bearing and front brakes/rotors a few weeks ago. Went back and got my truck safetied and a few other issues fixed today. Was great service all around with awesome prices. Highly recommend

Located downtown Bowmanville, awesome staff and trustworthy. Parking is a bit tricky so come a bit early but they know how to fix vehicles. Check them out if your in need of service. Yiu probably won't end up anywhere else again and you will be supporting a local family owned business.

The most friendly and honest mechanic I've ever been to. I've been here multiple times with various vehicles and it's always been a positive experience. Some of the nicest people you will ever meet!!

If these people sense that you don’t know much about cars , they will overcharge you .  Ever heard the jokes about mechanics overcharging the unknowledgeable ones . Well , yep this is it . It’s been over a year since I been there, and now I am doing this review . Shows you how angry I am till this day thinking about what they did.  Wouldn’t want anybody to experience what I went through . Not gonna go into detail but the problem I had was $150 at another place and $400 at theirs . I ended up refusing their $400 price but they held my key in the office until I paid $125 just because they used the little tablet machine to search the problem .  I promise you are better off going to Canadian tire than this family business they call .

Great service and high quality of work. I was recommended by a friend who uses Atkins. I will be using their services again for my vehicle in the future. I explained what the issue was they resolved it with above and beyond service. Chris was informative and great at informing me of everything that was being completed on my vehicle to achieve the resolve on the issues I was having. My vehicle is driving like new again. Thanks to all of those working at Atkins Automotive.

Purchased rotors and pads ,they charged me for the caliber with markup as usual , 172.00 total back brakes was $620.00  So 448.00 for labour.. I  do not recommend, and will not go there again.

Fantastic repair shop with fair prices. They stand behind their work too. This week I sent an elderly lady to the shop and their technician Jonah reset her sensors that another automotive company messed up. Dawn and Chris are awesome to deal with from start to finish and Jonah the technician is great too.

Honest people, Excellent service, Fair price and gave the vehicle on time!!

Atkins is so kind and professional , family run business of over 25 years , I was in a jam and they went beyond any business Dawn was just so kind and amazing they are a local business , helping locals residences this shop has all my business I could not ask for better service , support and the job was done immediately under a busy schedule  I appreciate the owners and staff thank you
