Brought my 2001 Honda Odyssey on Saturday for transmission issues. I was told that they couldn't diagnose the problem unless they pulled the transmission out which would cost me over $600.00. The manager said they would have the transmission out on Monday and would call me Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon came and said it wasn't ready and they would call me no later than Tues at 10 am. Tues 10am came and went and of course they didn't have any info yet. It was after noon time they called me and said that 2 and 3 shift malfunction. I told him that I could use gear 2 and asked him how he came up with that conclusion. He responded and said that is what code for the check engine light said. 
So basically, I spent over $600.00 to remove my transmission when all you did was go by the error code from the check engine light?! REALLY!!

I just moved to Texas and have been looking for a good mechanic to fix some issues and get my truck ready for TX inspections. After some very disappointing experiences a friend recommended AAMCO. Big O and his team took the time to find the issues going above and beyond to get my truck ready. I will never take my vehicles any where else. Thank you so much.

I just recently purchased a vehicle and wanted to make sure all critical fluids were changed for a baseline reset.   The cost and time of doing this myself compared to the time and quality received make it a no-brainer to return for future maintenance.   Thanks to Big-O and Mike for taking the time to show old fluid conditions and discuss all options.   I appreciate the obvious technical ability along with exceptional customer service and communication.   I don't mind driving 50 miles for service when this is the result.   Thanks again!!!

This Aamco is a truck saver. We had our diesel  f350 super duty at another shop for transmission  repairs. They took the transmission out 5 times and tried to fix the problem. They could not fix the problem. Took it to the Missouri City Aamco with Big O's determination and the skills of his crew, they were able to fix our Truck and get it back to a great truck again. It shifts better than it did when we bought it. I will recommend Big O and his crew to anyone needing transmissi9n work. Thank you Big O for keeping us informed of all progress and for fixing our Truck.
