They never seem to have my tires in stock, so it's always a two-day adventure (at least) when I need to replace one. But the staff has always been courteous and respectfully scales back their company-scripted hard-sell on new tires when I tell them I'm not interested. You know what you're getting into with Discount Tire -- cheap tires with a warranty, decent service, slow wait times. This location is one of the better ones I've been to.

This is a special location with a great manager, Charlie, who went out of his way to be fair and honest in addressing an error, and also following through with a credit.  I have come here for years, but was especially  impressed with the integrity and high level of customer service shown today at this location.   How often does that happen these days, especially when trying to care for our cars!  Thank you Charlie and Discount Tire!  You have my respect, and I will go out of my way, if necessary, to bring my car back to your store!

I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for years. This location has pretty solid management. The crew is exceptionally courteous. The go out of their way to thank you for coming and let you know they will be right with you. The do what they say they will do. They get done rotating my tires on time. They don’t dirty up my truck seat. The basics that more often times merchants don’t get down - these guys have down pat. If I had any advice (for them) it would be to set up a system for getting customers in and out within 60 seconds if they drop off a vehicle to have the tires rotated. Maybe a different colored counter, spot on the floor, hanging ceiling sign, etc. Since this is something done A LOT at Discount Tire (free tire rotations), a lot of customers drop off and pick up (like during lunch break). But coming back from lunch, seeing that your vehicle has been moved (is done) and walking up to a line of people is, well, lame. Luckily for me this last time the guy behind the counter recognized me, grabbed the keys and receipt for me so I got out in a flash. Overall though, GREAT location.

It just get any better. Knowledgeable, helpful and honest to a fault. The best of service. It's popularity often means there is a wait. Well worth it. For me Discount Tire is the only place to go. I'm a fan.
