My car completely gave out while I was driving my usual route to work. I took it into my regular mechanic who was no help other than telling me it's a transmission issue. I totally freaked out and went through the daunting task of trying to find a transmission specialist. When I spoke to Steve at AAMCO I was totally put at ease. He handled absolutely everything from getting my car towed from the shop, to offering me a rental car to working with my warranty and financing options. I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service and also the genuine care that I received and would highly recommend that if you run into the same issue I had...call Steve.

Earlier this morning I was having some trouble with my transmission in my GMC truck. I called one of my friends to see if he had any good recommendations and he referred me to AAMCO Transmissions in Dana. I talked to Steve and he said he was able to take a look at it right now. Soon after he came back and told me that it was just a minor problem and that he could get me going in no time. He was very descriptive and explained to me how my problem occurred and how they were going to fix it. With barely a dent in my wallet, I was able to drive off with no problems. My Chevy Tahoe was having a couple problems and I brought it in. Spoke with Steve and they were able to get in and fixed everything the same day. Very happy with their customer service, pricing, and will continue to use them in the future.

This place rocks! Customer service is impeccable and helped me with my oil change when I was in a "jiffy". Steve V also recommended a great tire shop, so I can make better contact with road. I'll be back

The service at the Dana Point location was very welcoming. They wasted no time figuring out the issue with my Explorer and solving the problem.
