Highly recommend this moving company. From the first phone conversation and scheduling of an in home estimate was nothing short of professional. The estimator answered all my questions and made my moving decision easy. On move day the crew kindly called to inform me they were on the way with an estimated time of arrival.
      During the move the movers were very professional, making sure all my items were protected along with my home. The move price came in right where it was estimated. Couldn't of been happier with my move. Will definitely use again.

The rating for this company speaks for itself -> 2.0 and FALLING. Look at the pictures attached to see the type of care they give your items.

Just a few examples of what we went through: Since the refrigerator was too big to go through a doorway, they used a shoulder dolly to lift it up and slammed the fridge into the side of the cabinets, scratching a drawer in the process. Luckily I had a stain marker to conceal the scratch, but there are several gouges that were made.

No way to prove it, but they put a scratch in my dad's car parked in the driveway that will cost him $980 in damage if he chooses to fix it.

The kicker is, they leaned a heavy iron shelf and 50 exercise mat pieces up against 2 original acrylic paintings and ruined them (see pics). After weeks of back & forth with the owner Bill to resolve this, his resolution was they will replace up to 60 cents per pound for 2 paintings weighing probably 5 pounds together.

They took smoke breaks on the front porch, and one guy even puked all over the front landscaping.

I will give them credit, after we called to let them know they stripped the handle on our refrigerator, they sent someone out to fix it.

They are definitely cheaper, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for.  If only we had paid the couple extra hundred dollars more for a different more reputable company.

The aardvark movers were great.  They worked hard and were incredibly priced!  They took care of our furniture and handled everything with care.  They also resembled everything for us, which was just one less thing we needed to do to be able to get into our new home easily!

If there was an award for the most unprofessional mover in Kansas City ,  I would nominate them. I spoke to Bill on the phone to get a quote and he was the most arrogant and loud talker I have ever spoke to. While talking to him , I get that feeling of some slimy car salesmen using some outdated script. I told them I was looking to call other companies and he took offense as if they are the only company in Kansa City . I told him I wanted to check reviews and get back to him and I could see why . "He told me that jealous competitors make fake reviews to tarnish them all the time." After going to every review center I could think of online, one thing is true. They have a poor reputation on just about every one of them. I decided to pass and lucky I did because ended up getting a really good company to do the move.
