Complete idiots. They only care about making money. As soon as you get a policy they disappear. Should be a crime for businesses like these to exist. Considering contacting State Dept of Insurance and file complaint against. Look elsewhere for insurance needs.

I own a relatively new business and was exploring liability policies. Being that we are new I was looking for good coverage with a relatively low premium so that it fit into my budget. This company from top to bottom was rude and could care less about our business. They made it quite clear with their attitude from the receptionist to the salesperson that our lower premium was not worth their time. They were unwilling to answer questions and made me feel like I was disrupting their day. If you are a local business with a budget for your insurance look elsewhere! This company doesn't care.

I've been insured with this agency for 12 years since I graduated college and they've provided excellent service and the proper coverage for my needs as they've evolved over the years. I highly recommend this agency.
