Do not use this company.  The staff are all women with a thug like attitude.  The office store is always locked, maybe to protect the staff from customers they have mistreated. The onwer is named Pat. She is being investigated for insurance fraud.  If you are seeking TLC insurance, you will be better off doing business with a NYC livery brokerage firm.
