I came home one day from work and noticed a ton of water all over my condo apparently from the apartment above. I contacted my insurance company and immediately they started to tell me what I “was not” covered for. I found this odd and a friend told me to call this adjuster Ryan Friedman - I contacted him - he came over the next day and explained thoroughly what would be covered. All I have to say is I couldn’t believe the insurance company was trying to not pay for this and not pay for that - they basically tried to under play everything!

Ryan had his own team come in and write their own report which was so much more detailed and specific. Long story short I was offered around 75k from insurance and then Ryan got the claim to be almost double - I don’t understand why insurance companies play these games. 

If I didn’t hire Ryan I wouldn’t of known of all this hidden water damage! Ryan kept me informed throughout the whole process and I don’t know what I would have done with out him and his team. I highly recommend him and his company - When you meet with Ryan you will see and understand why I speak so highly of him- he is very informative and calming - I was freaking out - had no where to live and my life was turned upside down. Thanks again Ryan!

These guys are the best in the business.   If you have a loss, fire, flood, etc to your home or property this company will fight hard for you to make sure you get what you deserve.  They really are experts.  Feel assured if you hire Friedman you will have the best in the business behind you.

Don't hire this company unless you want to get ripped off. We currently have an open case with against Friedman with New York State Department of Financial Services and they are reviewing the claim. Friedman failed to get us compensated for much of anything including Loss of Use funds, paid out of our pocket, to one Dime on our Contents loss. When asked about our being compensated for Loss of Use they went so far as to tell us to get a check from the Restoration company they recommended, after they took out whatever the Restoration company felt they were owed (Marin Restoration who we also have in court ). They do not return phone calls. Their staff is completely unprofessional. Despite  repeated assurances  they never did anything they said they would do . We never received any compensation that was due us . Please do not use this company unless you want to have continued heart ache after whatever lost you may have suffered.

March /15/2017 our house burned down, It was a pleasure working with them as our adjusters.They worked hard to make out unpleasant experience a less fortunate one. we were very well compensated and will recommend to Anyone! Thank you making feel like one of the families
