Repeat customers are not valued at this location.  Had a previous lease and fulfilled terms as agreed.  Completed online application and was approved.  I contacted the store and was informed I could either wait for them to receive the order from the online team or process in the store. I opted for the second option and it felt awkward I was asked to complete another application after I submitted all information online. It was a waste of my valuable time.  I further inquired if there were any upcoming promotions and was told no.  Low and behold, I get home and in my inbox  was an email with a promotion to start a lease with $5 dollars and effective day of 01/11/2018.  I worked retail myself many years and understand not able to release information prior to it being made public or effective date. It stumped me the sales person did not know as it was the first day of the promotion and I was in the store.  A professional sales person performs due diligence and presents any and all promotions to both new and current customers. Sadly, I cancelled the entire order and purchased the item at Amazon where I obtained stellar customer service. Never again will I step foot into Aarons and will use them as an example when speaking to groups of people in executing Customer Service at seminars.

Both my husband Gilbert and I have been long time customers of Aarons since 2011 when the Pomona branch opened their doors when they closed our contracts was sent here we have both paid off our items and still no certificate of ownership has been given I have dealt with Richard I think her name is Tina Dave Jesse and still nothing also don’t buy washers or dryers they do not fix them go to rent a Center Montclair or San Bernardino they guarantee your appliances and more business friendly sorry Aarons but you lost our business back to rent a center we went had to buy a new washer behind your washer you refused to fix

Fantastic!! I love our washer and dryer and will be going back for more furniture!! The customer service we received was great.

You know you can be on time but if the credit is not right they do not have running balance
so I asked how do you know the balance. They said the computer shows it.The mistake they made is
sending me the break down. But without a running balance(which the manager sez they do not do) how 
do you know if it is correct. Any way, I asked the sales person to have Jessie the manager to sit down at a adding machine and go one by one and give me the balance. Right now I am off $210.49. Where is
it?

Oh, I am being very nice. Not sarcastic or anything.
