My wife and I had the worst experience in customer service in my life at this sorry excuse for a legitimate business, with the sketchiest "policies" that they just make up as they go; I paid over 2,000 for furniture that I needed to be delivered at a later date, which they had no problem whatsoever agreeing to, due to my apartment not being ready for furniture due to having to paint it. I later needed another extension for delivery and I called them and again they had no problem agreeing to another extension on the delivery. Later down the road I called them again and got another extension on the delivery and then finally it turns out that I did not need the furniture after all, and I never had it delivered, and I went back to the store to inquire about a refund due to the fact that I never had it delivered, and the first thing that they said was they could not find me in their system. So I told them that we'd had an agreement over the phone several times with regards to the delay in delivery and how they had previously said it was OK... And then all they kept saying was that they needed to see the invoice that they gave me when I had paid for the furniture several months previously... Which I did not have on hand since they never mentioned that I needed before... They kept changing their story as to why I could not get a refund... They said they gave absolutely no return policy, and kept repeating that, and then kept going back to saying that they need an invoice, and THEN they said that I could have store credit for the amount that I paid, and obviously I wanted nothing to do with them at this point... So  now I'm trying to find the invoice since they said I could get a refund I had the invoice...... Oh how I bet that their policy will change once again when I return with the invoice. DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE.

We purchased bedroom set for our daughter and
Mattresses for her and my mom super comfortable. Good prices and price matched.
Mom bought herself a love seat Great deal.
Efrain JR helpers is out. 
Delivered 4 days later actually came a day early called us and asked if that was ok. We we happy to do.

We paid full in cash waited two days then lied to and never received our furniture but I live 13 minutes away! Due In 10 days dont stress urself out!

When our credit was denied, the owners son, Efrain offered us "in house financing with 50% down.  He also let us split that 50% into 2 payments! We bought a awesome 5 pc dinning room set with a bench, sectional, and a queen bedroom set for $2700. All solid wood furniture too. 💜💜💜 Mission furniture.
