*I have never purchased / been to Aaron’s.* However, I am giving them 5/5 stars because I missed a phone call from their business today and became concerned that someone was using my number and/or other personal identification information on a fraudulent rental account. Upon calling them back, the employee that answered the phone personally looked into the situation and assured me that my number had been used on an account under a different name, it was believed to have been a typo or outdated number, and that he had removed it from the account. He was understanding of my concern and timely in correcting the issue. Thanks for being an upstanding business, not common these days.

I have purchased a few things with them over the years. Yes, it is an expensive way to buy, but you know that going into it. So, it is your choice, and have been fine with every lease until today. I canceled a lease with them today, because I haven't felt taken care of on a warranty issue that they said they would cover.

On the ball. These guys have it together my washer broke and they brought me a new one the same day. :) Super friendly I would recommend them anyday.

It seems to me that rental centers are sugar coated loan sharks who take advantage of buyers with less than perfect credit. It is what it is. Some have to go this route. And if you do, Aaron's is the best of what's offered locally. We walked out of the Overland RAC after receiving the worst customer service imaginable and walked directly into the Overland Aaron's where we were handled by straight forward sales staff in an efficient and timely manner. If you must go with a rental store, the people at Aaron's seem helpful and competent.
