Unfortunately, we did not read the other reviews on here before purchasing with Oak Express. I wish I could give half stars because I’d probably bump it to 2.5 as our experience was a mixed bag of good and not so good elements. The good: their furniture selection is extensive, varied, and priced well, and their customer service in store is helpful. The not so good: we were told our chairs would arrive in 10-14 days, they actually arrived closer to 7 weeks later and we didn’t even get a phone call once they were in. During the season of waiting, we would call and they would promise the chairs would be in on the next delivery. This happened probably 7+ times. We kept calling, they kept saying the chairs were stuck in Wyoming in bad weather. That could have been true a couple times, but not for 6 weeks. Anyway, they didn’t apologize or offer any kind of service recovery. It was unfortunate and disappointing. :/

Extremely disappointing.  They verified delivery 4 days ago, nothing still.  They tell me tomorrow, I'm not holding my breath.  Run away from this company!

This is not a full rating/review. At the store, they were extremely helpful. They have more selection with what we were shopping for( dining room tables). We placed our order that day and we are waiting for it to come in. Once we receive our table I will finish this review.

Worst experience I've ever had.  First time ever shopping here and I will never shop here again.  I purchased some chairs & was told they had to be ordered as they didn't have any in stock.  They wouldn't place an order without payment.  So I paid for the furniture & was told I'd receive a call when they came in.  Three weeks pass & no call.  I wait another week still no call so I called & spoke to manager Chuck.  He didn't even care about my business. He basically told me they were still on a back order & it would be another 2-3 weeks.  So nearly 2 months to get 4 dining room chairs!   He wasn't even willing to provide me with any discount & basically I could get a refund.  So they've had my money for over a month & I'm still without chairs!   Will never shop here again!   I ordered a bedroom set from DeMeyer Furniture the same day, was told it would take 2 weeks.  They ended up delivering it within 5 days.   Goes to show local businesses appreciate your business more!

We stopped into this store and purchase a gorgeous oak bedroom set. The staff was friendly and helpful however the prices were easier for my wife to swallow than me. The quality of the set was worth the price and I would return if I ever need an item in the future.
