if i could give this LOCATION less than one star i would. The staff there are beyond incompetent of running a store, or communicating with people. I called to make a payment for one item and was charged a full months payment for all my items and than i was called a liar after i expressed to the dull-witted, foolish, imbecile and ignorant object on the other end of the phone, that he did not explain that i was being charged for all three items. SO i paid a two week payment at the beginning of the month and than i was charged a full months payment. This in no way is fair especially when it is near the holidays. So after being robbed and told that if i wanted to get my money back, for his mistake he would be forced to come take the stuff back. I already paid off one item with in two payments and i have not missed a payment yet. I dont appreciate how the things are ran here, they are so unclear on communicating when it comes to payments, I wish i never gave them a penny. This LOCATION is not worth it. At the end of the day i wanted MY ACCOUNT to be due on the 1st and the 15th since i have multiple items, and i ask every time i come in to make a payment. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and i will recommend all my friends and family to never do business with Aarons. This company is iniquitous and  perfidious.  FYI, not everybody is the same and as a company, you should not treat them as such. some people actually care about their credit and not everybody can afford to just buy furniture straight out.

Ok first off my wife and i were sold a used mattress with bed bugs.  First the driver said the dresser drawer was broken and that he would take it back but it wouldnt give me a discount.  There was a mattress protector on the bed already which wasnt an issue since they told me they come with them bit about a week later we washed the cover and discovered a huge koolaid looking stain on the mattress which didnt make since because the cover was clean and we never spilled anything so we looked around and seen bed bugs all over the mattress.  We told them and they said they were nkt responsible becsuse we shouldnt have accepted it at delivery. Why would we think to when we think were buying a brand new bed set at the low price of a used car.  They are a very predatory company and when people dont pay they take it and resell it to people.  Now i have to hire an exterminator and keep paying for the furniture that caused it.  They drown you in paperwork to cover it up.  How is my mattress used and my frame is new. I pay on time every time and they are the rudest most careless place ive ever seen. They take advantage of people in desperate situations.  You would be better off buying from craigslist at least you know what your getting and own for less than one payment at aarons.  Go to rent a center they will give you brand new furniture

Horrible customer service. They will scratch your floors and put a hole in the wall and not offer to fix it. Should have listened to the delivery driver when he told me what mess I'm getting into. Lesson learned.
