It was not good at all. My husband get me a TV from them. Back before taxes this year's. We paid it off back in Feb with our taxes. Two weeks after I get it and paid it off. The thing start turn itself off and on. I called them and one person told me that they can't let me replace it. Then other person told me different. That they would let me use a other TV so they could get that fix. Then we just went to WALMART and get other TV. So they could get my fix. I have call and stop in there and ask about my TV and they tell can not tell me nothing about it. Because they don't know what going on. So if they get it back on the truck on money they would call me and let me know. I so pissed off at they. I ask they to give me back my money and they told me they can't because I paid it off. I hated that store. I will never I mean never get anything from they. I would give they no star. I will take my business somewhere else. I promise I will never do business with they.

Well it started last year my wife and I bought a king size bed from arron so when they delivered the bed they brought two single box springs and a metal frame that did not fit. No headboard and no footboard and they they still had are tv that was being repaired and never left the store bad. bad Business experience so sherry new manager told us we had all this stuff and we can no longer get anymore stuff there. They came and got the single box springs and. Another tv and the metal frame but left the box mattresss outside in the rain. Never took it because of stains so we still pay for it because we are christian and it the right thing to do .things in the store were stolen and the manager who took over is rude and unprofessional she still thinks we have the bedroom. Frame footboard and footboard that we never got from the first manager Matt we tried very hard to explain to her but they need new manager she embarrassed my wife and I in front of her customers said we no longer buy stuff there when all this mess was there fault for not keeping stock inventory and blaming customers so wrong we want an apology from sherry the manager

The GM is very rude and call to threaten you over the phone I would not recommend anyone to go there as long as she's there. My experience was going there before she came back. She was there be for but left and now back again.
