The guys that delivered the new couch were great. It was late on rainy Friday night. They made sure we were satisfied before actually removing the first couch that we got.  So they deserve 5 stars and im sure better pay. They were very nice and respectful!   

I would also like to sing the praises of our sales lady Linda O'Brien. She has been very helpful through out our purchase experience.  I feel sure if we need anything regarding this purchase she will do all she can to help!

In the last few weeks I have looked at kitchen appliances in many, many locations. I shopped at competetitor's locations as well as other Big Sandy locations, both locally and elsewhere. 

Jay was VERY helpful!  He exhibited great product knowledge. He clearly and respectfully articulated the features and benefits of each appliance. 

I eventually purchased a complete kitchen package that was actually more money than I originally expected to spend. However, I did so after Jay was kind enough to help me make a well informed purchasing decision. I did not feel as though he "over sold" me. His method was consultative and it was my decision to spend the extra money based on his good counsel. 

As a business person, Jay exhibited many of the traits that I look for in my own employees. 

In summation, Jay represented himself, your products and your company very well. That is why I came back to the South Ridge location and made my purchase from him.

Always a pleasurable experience shopping @ Big Sandy Superstore! It helps that 1) I had done plenty of research & knew what I wanted before going, and 2) my needs were flexible enough that I was able to make a Plan B decision when seeing my Plan A item was not to my liking! Great help & patience from everyone also.

I was in the store and visited the mattress department.  Jeff took care of me.  He is the most knowledge person. I have ever seen.  He knows his mattresses and makes you feel very comfortable.  He went above and beyond to help me and my wife find the perfect mattress at a price we could afford.  He showed us a Power base and fitted us for pillows.  He is top notch and we highly recommend Jeff and Big Sandy as the only place to buy a mattress.  Note: we shopped everywhere and we couldn't find better

My husband and I purchased living room furniture from big Sandy in Southridge. Not only was the furniture great but the process was so simple. Jordan helped us pick out the perfect things at a great price. Delivery was smooth too.
