Best buy, as a brand, is where people who don't know anything about technology go to get ripped off. I avoid this brand like the plague. 

Their stock's sticker price doesn't depreciate when new models come out. 4 year old laptop? Still $3000. Nah. Nope. 

That said, the staff at this one, though vested in making sales, are helpful and attentive, to the limit of their means. I've never had an issue with anyone pushing an agenda on selling one model over another, and the place is kind. For the people at this store alone, that pulled it up a star from a single-star rating befitting the brand.

I purchased a laptop today because mine was being sent off to be repaired and I had a paper due the next day and had no other way of completing it. I purchased this laptop because online it specifically said Microsoft Office was included. When checking out, I asked the employee, just to be sure and he denied the fact that Microsoft Office was included. I showed him where it said it online and he said that was not included with this laptop. I then had to get out of line and purchase a $70 Microsoft Office card. After coming home I find that yes Microsoft is included on my laptop and there was two stickers on the box under the sensor that said it, as well as one on the inside of the laptop. I have been calling to be sure I can cancel my new subscription to Microsoft and receive a refund, but no one has answered their phones for an hour. I would advise anyone who purchases from here to have knowledge on what your purchasing and I would hope that in the future their employees would have more knowledge about their merchandise.

It is a big box store, so it will never be a5- star place. It is a full sized Best Buy, though, which is great for Charleston. It also has plenty of black Friday deals for the population, so you don't have to camp out to get the deals you want. The staff is friendly and helpful, and if you prefer to shop online and don't want to pay for delivery, you can deliver it here and pick it up for free. Take THAT Amazon! Just kidding, I still shop on Amazon, haha.

Great experience. It took a few moments to get help but once I did the experience was great. The employee was very enthusiastic and helped me efficiently. Much better experience than at my home store.

Just bought a laptop at best buy had a good experience the guy who waited on us was very courteous and knowledgeable helped us make a good decision on our purchases his name was Nathan
