Cheap products. Not worth your money starts falling apart in two months. High prices. Staff is very rude after you want to return something. Only helpful and friendly when they sell you this cheap furniture. Their leather is really pleather.  But they will blame you for cheap products falling apart. When something is malfunctioning they will take forever to get it fixed and then expect your payment in full the next month. Will not be going through these guys again. Save your money and get something worth what they are charging you. Try other rent to own places that actually sell quality products.

The people their r very nice and helpful. They always make sure u understand everything answers any questions u may have. Explains things very well. I like aarons and the people that work there.

I always had great experience until this last time I have paid off several items with them then went into look at something and the staff  (tall scrawny looking guy) was very rude saying that he wouldn't rent to me simply because he made a personal opinion after 5 seconds he didn't even ask for my information or get my name.
