Not even a one star rating. Geek squad lost my power supply cord for my computer. Telling me I didn't bring one in. When I called about it being sent in they said bring in the cord so we can check it out before sending. Left cord with computer. Technician NICHOLAS NORTHUP (Grand Island store) took to the back to check it out. Cord was never returned to us. Now they say I'm lying and didn't bring one in. Will not be returning to Best Buy to purchase anymore computers or anything else.

5-star customer service. Geek Squad is knowledgeable and professional. Eric did a nice job helping us out with computers. They followed through on their return policy when we had to make some exchanges.

They do not stand behind their "Price Match Guarantee". I tried to price match three other retailers after purchasing a laptop for $999 from their online website. They had to submit the case to someone else who never got back to me. This happened three separate times over the course of about 6 weeks. By the time I finally realized they weren't going to price match their competition I tried to return the laptop. They would not return it because it was passed the 15 day return period. Which was because they never responded to my price match request to let me know they declined it. I then saw that they had reduced their own price for the laptop to $849. (This was less than the prices I asked them to match originally) I asked if they would price match their OWN new lower price and they said they would not because it was passed the return period. I even spoke with the store manager who was no help either. They offered to refund me $30. I declined their $30 dollar offer and left the store. I have shopped with Best Buy for years and have spent thousands of dollars on electronics and appliances and also have their credit card. I have cancelled my credit card and will not do business with any Best Buy store or online again.

I've told others before; this is the friendliest and most helpful store in Grand Island! Great buys, great selection.
