bunch of dum asses i was there on july 29th to order a king size bed they never placed the order but took my cash .. Now its the 26 of aug i call them on thrusday to see whats up and thats when they told me they didnt place my order on the 29 of last month so i ask for my money back they said they put the money in my account on thrusday its now saturday and still nothing ...PLEASE PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM ASS HOLES ...

We signed a contract friday are couches we're suppose to be delivered yesterday and never came not even a phone call to rebook a delievery time. Today they we're suppose to be delivered at 4 it's now 4:40 and still a no show or a phone call stating they will be late for delivery. We have cancelled plans two nights in a row to wait around for them. I've never had a problem with easyhome I had next day delivery will never go with Aaron's again.

I've  spent a lot of money over the years at Aarons and never had a problem, I spent a hour of my time to rent a t.v and was told everything was fine and my t.v would be delivered Monday at 5:30 and when I called at 5:45 to see what was going on someone told me they didn't have me down for delivery so they would look into it and call me back. I waited a half hour and called back because they didn't get back to me. I left work early so I could be home for delivery. They should of called me if there was a problem. I will be sure to let all my friends and family on social media how I was treated and will never deal with Aarons again.
