I love the sectional I picked out. Big fan of the hard work and efficiency of the gentlemen who delivered. Not a fan of anything else. I was guaranteed my entire sectional roughly one month or so after the purchase date and hadn't recieved the final piece until the week before Christmas which I ended up just picking up myself. I called and asked to speak to a manager who was helpful explaining why the protection was not applied upon delivery but had no other answers as to why the sectional was not delivered on time completely and was close to two weeks plus late on the guaranteed delivery date after I was informed Leon's probably gave my guaranteed set to another purchaser . One star for quality. One star for delivery.

This story is always clean and welcoming. Mt boyfriend and I were looking for a new mattress. Being a young couple, some of the workers seemed to brush us off. Thankfully though Scott came over and helped us beyond what we expected. He listened to what we wanted that worked for our different ailments and helped us find the perfect bed, discounted too. He was so helpful and we left talking about how wonderful the service was, when we finally found someone to help.

Hopefully your furniture isn't damaged on arrival because they won't exchange it nor let you return it. They send someone to repair. What a joke of a policy. Clowns.

AVOID LEONS! Tried to buy a Washer and Dryer from Leon’s on their save the tax event. After I got my bill of sale showing that I saved the tax, The sales Representative chased me down while I was exiting the building and told me I dont actually save the tax because I didn’t buy a third appliance. I have a receipt to prove that my purchase went through without the taxes but the Manager wouldn’t honor their mistake and that they would withhold my Washer and Dryer until I pay the tax!! Still have the receipt that says so!!!

WARNING TO ALL BUYERS: They do NOT install. When they offer "Free Installation!", they are just trying to make you sign the bill of sale. While they did deliver for free, which earned them a bonus star on this rating, we had to help carry the boxes in the house, and they left them in a pile. When I asked when they were going to start the installation, they laughed and said they don't do that. A call to my sales rep resulted in him saying "well let me see if I can convince them to do that for you" since he clearly knew this would happen. They did not. They placed them on the floor and left. So disappointed. How am I supposed to lift the machine on top of the pedestal by myself?
