Customer Care is terrible. Have a brand new dresser with a drawer that wont close. Visit 1 Guy comes out, says they didn't book him enough time. Leaves. Visit 2 Guy comes out again, says it cant be fixed. Visit 3 Guy gets sent out again, says it still cant be fixed. Call Customer Care AGAIN, i'm told that before they replace the dresser they'd like to send another guy out. Visit 4 Guy comes out and takes the back off dresser, fixes one drawer now another one wont close. Visit 5 Send the first guy back, didn't book him enough time, it cant be fixed and its been discontinued (confirmed by customer care not to be). Snarky customer care lady calls and says they now want to come out and replace the tracks. When i say id prefer i got a replacement instead she asked if id like to put the drawer slides on myself. First and last time dealing with these folks, Stay tuned for visit 6!

When I went into teppermans about 2 months ago to purchase a new bed and full bedroom set I walked around for a good 30 minutes and not one sales associate approached me. As soon as my boyfriend came in to meet me I think 3 sales associates approached us within seconds and willing to help us... needless to say I got over it and ended up dealing with a very nice lady. However, when we brought home our new king mattress it was a "firm" not what we said we wanted and it was a mattress we spent around 3000 on. (Not cheap) needless to say when I called back to get our correct mattress it was a nightmare. Not only was that a problem but when we went to pick up the remainder of our order because it was on back order they didn't give us all the correct pieces for our bed so we had to go back in AGAIN the next day... they didn't give me back a delivery charge that we didn't end up needing... I've called multiple times regarding this issue. A month ago it was suppose to be taken care of, now as of today I'm waiting on a manager to call me back...there has been countless small things that have been horrible dealing with. When you try to get an answer or in touch with management it's nearly impossible. "Management is always in meetings". I was a store manager for years and customer service is so important. Apparently not for this company. I will not be returning to purchase anything else and neither will a lot of friends and family that I have shared my experiences with! Overall bad experience.

Beautiful showroom, very nicely merchandised. Love that in house financing is an option for large purchases. Always been happy with the furniture I've purchased here and the customer service!

Never have been treated like this anywhere! Darrel talked to me with such disrespect I can't even believe it. I own a business and would never speak to my clients the way he did today. Also the front desk staff were rude as well and would not compensate me for something that they made mistake on. I'm a business owner and employ more then 20 staff. When you make a big mistake you should compensate your clients. I've spent so much money furnishing my entire house with Teppermans and they could care less. Will be taking my business else where for the future. If Noah Tepperman saw what happened today he would be disgusted. Especially since I know how much pride he takes in customer care.

Wide range of choices and price. Great quality. Got all our furniture from here and no regrets. Had a few hiccups with the deliveries but the staff was very accommodating.
