My experience has been the worst with this company. My mom and I went into this company and had set up to get a bedroom set for a new room. Where she’d be staying at in my apartment. And they had everything set no problems. Well her furniture was suppose to be brought before 5pm today. Without any type of communication, my mom decided to call them and they were rude. They DO NOT have good customer service. My mom asked for her $5.00 back that she paid for the bedroom set and this so called manager brought up a phone that had been lost that insurance was supposed cover and said he’ll just take the money and put it towards that. This manager was rude. My grandmother will pay off the washer and dryer and I will not do business with them anymore

I have mental illnesses that prevent me from behaving as a "normal" person would. The first laptop I purchased from this store was a bit of a pain in the neck, trying to find one that fit me. But Colby (I hope I am spelling this right) was so patient and understanding, and he worked so hard to make me as comfortable as possible until we finally found the perfect match for me. Fast forward to today: I again needed a laptop, but because my issues have progressed so that I cannot leave my home right now, I decided to go through their website instead of trying and failing to go up to the store in person. As luck would have it, Colby is still working there! He found out I was a customer again and immediately set about to, once again, make me feel as comfortable and welcome as possible! He goes out of his way to make sure that my needs are met and has never been anything but kind to me. He is awesome! Now, I'll admit that you get the occasional snarky person or condescending person who seems to treat you as if you are of lesser intelligence just because you cannot afford something outright. That's why I gave four stars instead of five. (I dealt with someone condescending on the phone earlier today, though I am unsure if it was intentional. I apologize if it was not.) But I have bought from them twice now, and have always been totally satisfied and impressed by their service, especially when it comes to working with my particular disabilities. Thanks, everyone! You guys are great!

Had nothing but problems since the day we went into the store. Customer service was horrible. They were supposed to offer a new matters for us and never did.. would not talk to us unless it was to pay for something we didn't even have yet. Called before the payment was even due and would call 2 to 3 times a day. No one communicated with anyone and would call you worthless. Would randomly show up to your home and would harrase you for hours. Will never be doing business with these people again.

Very dissapointed with this GM at this location ...others were great but one bad racist person can ruin it all... I will go higher to make this aware bc first of all this So called GM you need more training on customer service ...and get your facts straight before you approach anyone or about a PAID OFF account period and second of all I have never had an account so don't come at me when this was my first time... Now Rod who is an employee there deserves all the credit very respectful man and customer service award he should get as he has gone all out of his way to help out and even now called to make sure I was OK... I'm upset but it's OK there are other places.... I will take my business else where ...i work in customer service and have for years I always go above and beyond as it is to make the customer HAPPY and satisfied but when you think your a GM knowing nothing take your butt back to the office u came out seriously that was soooo rude how he approached me and then my mom...

Love these people. Sure, they're expensive, but it's better than having to pay all that money up front!
