I highly recommend doing business with Jesse and his staff. They definitely go over and above. Definitely my Rent A Center of choice. Not just a store you get the down home family feeling just walking into the store. They strive to make the customer pleased and happy.

Jessie and Andrew were very sweet, polite and helpful. I have been a customer for a long time. I would not go to another rent to own place. These guys are amazing and have great customer service! I am very very pleased with there service ☺

My wife and I went in for a washer and dryer and my wife was more than pleased with Jessie who was helpful and had a great attitude while helping my wife choose the best one.

When we first walked in I noticed the presentation of the store was nice and clean and my husband and I were greated at the door I was looking for a specific look and they didn't have what I was looking for on the show room floor but Jesse did let us know I could order and customize my living room set to exactly what I was looking for their customer service is awsome and very professional the delivery was right on time and they set it all up very quickly Andrew & Victor were very nice and polite and patient with how I wanted it set up they have a customer for life thank you for making my vision come alive

Hands down the best rent a center I’ve ever delt with. Jesse, the store manager really sticks by his phrase “we treat you like a person not like a number” an he and his staff mean every bit of it! My fiancé and I went to another location in town an imedialty walked back out when the personnel told us they couldn’t help us because it was an hour till closing, without a doubt you will NEVER come across that at the Rent a center on university.
