The guy was really nice, but computer problem wasn’t fixed. we couldn’t retrieve any of my lost data :( didn’t see until after I left but the back of the laptop was scratched from him trying to get in where the battery is located. I took it to my school’s IT department (TTUHSC) and they managed to take part of my hardware and put it into another computer so my school work could be salvaged. Take your Mac to a different store, this place is better for PCs/windows software.

It was great that they are open early. I had a few issues and Jeff was very thorough and honest.  He was able to fix my laptop issue on the spot.  Thanks!!!

My name is Adam and I highly recommend JBCS to everybody. The moment I walked in, Mr. Charles treated me with kindness and helped me with a serious harddrive issue. Mr. Charles and his crew were very polite, professional and very helpful. The prices are very reasonable and I can honestly say that his prices are some of the best in town. Thank you very much Mr. Charles and your crew!
