The Store Manager is the most rude person I have ever delt with. He has no clue how customer service works. Sat with broken merchandise for 6 months. He gave me his word he would get it handled the following week. 4 weeks later I came back in, and I was upset, I didn't yell, I didn't raise my voice. This guy didn't even apologize to me.  He just made me wrong for being upset, and talked to me like a child. One week later, they call me because my payment was due. I inform the lady on the phone I wanted to check out the repair on my furniture (which is scheduled for delivery to my place that night), for NO reason AT ALL, the manager gets on the phone with an attitude. He accused me of being rude, talked down to me, I told him "I have no clue how you became a manager" he repeated it back to me to insulted me (I am a store manager for another company). My suggestion: Avoid doing business here at ALL cost.

Worst place ever to rent from...  they always give u used and nasty smelling items not even close to what they showed u at the store...  the furniture is worn and flimsy...  to much money and hassle for WAY WAY to much money for crapy items...  never go there ever again

Amazing people always kind and willing to work with you. I have paid off two items so far with them. They have always been reasonable
