We made a large purchase of some laminate for our home project. Significantly further into the project we decided against the laminate versus refinishing our floors. I'm estimating here, but two months after purchasing the flooring, walked back in and explained my situation, asking that they allow me to return the flooring. It didn't take any convincing from me to offer a refund in full, without fee or penalty. We had a verbal agreement and I walked away ready to do business with them again. 

Caught in the craziness of a renovation, I didn't get to actually returning the flooring to their warehouse until after 90 days. Still, they didn't bat an eye at taking the product, without charging the 25% fee on a $3500 order that they were totally entitled to. These guys 'get it' and you should do business with them because of it. I know I will be doing business with them again.

We purchased granite kitchen counter tops and had Wong's install them.  The customer service and the installation was absolutely excellent, AND AT A FRACTION OF THE COST OF ALL OTHERS!  

We will do more business with Wong's Building Supply in the future.  Thanks Wong's!!!

We had them do a HUGE kitchen for us on the Southern Oregon Coast .   We picked and marked every slab we wanted to purchase a couple weeks in advance so that there would be no surprises when the installers showed up at the house.  Everything was EXACTLY as we had hoped.  The installers did an absolutely amazing job.  The seams are perfect, the hand rounded edges look great and the best part is they were literally HALF of our local granite place even with paying an axtra 1k for then to drive so far from PDX.  Couldn't be happier with the while experience.

Exact same experience as another reviewer. Went in to get a single piece, just needed it cut.
"Oh, I'm sorry! I just don't have anyone that can cut?"
"But you have someone who can cut AND then install?"
"Well...yeah."

Just tried to buy a small piece of granite for a project and was turned away. They didn't want my business. They said they were too busy to cut it for us. Guess when I'm ready to do my kitchen and 3 bathrooms I'll take my money elsewhere. I can't believe they turned away a customer. We've always been treated well here. This experience has soured me on this place. I'll never go back or refer friends.
