Terrible on-line product order service. They said they will notify me when your product has been shipped so you can track it. They never do. The product I ordered came in 4 days late of the estimated date. The lady at the customer service argued with me. She said they don't let the customer notification and tracking order when it is being ship at the store for pick-up. But the emailed I received says they will notify me and give me tracking number to track my order.. No customer service at all. She try to blame me...terrible experience.

Unbelievably understaffed. When I'm transferred from the operator to millworks dept., I bounce back to the operator 9 out of 10 times. When I called to check the status of my doors, the CSR told me they were still two weeks out (they were actually in the store). When I picked up my doors, I waited a half hour for them to bring them to the customer service desk and then another twenty minutes to find a screwdriver to remove the screws from the shipping pallet. Customer service is horrendous. I wouldn't buy a pencil from them. Edit: Turns out they sent an order out to the mill when they had stock on the shelf, and didn't tell me. I waited six weeks for a door I could have picked up off the shelf. AWFUL customer service.

Had to wait about 4 wks for an online order to arive to the store. Was not informed about the length of time it was going to take. If I knew it was going to take that long, I probably wouldn't have placed the order. When I called them, nobody seemed to know how much longer I had to wait... once it finally arived to the store and I came to pick it up, I had to wait about 40 minutes for them to find and bring out my order.

Trying to find help is impossibke here looked for a good 20 minutes fir someine who wasnt busy never found what we were looking for

I've been to this lowe's quite a few times because they had stuff in stock that was not in stock in other stores so I called over here and had them hold it. Three times it went great the last time the item was not actually in stock. It was not their fault do it could have been stolen or an inventory error. They were helpful in trying to find the product but had to end up waiting till they got restocked.
