The staff at this store are incredible!!! From the moment my daughter and I walked through the door, the staff was courteous.and friendly.  By the time we left, it seemed as though we knew them for years.  EVERYONE,....from the young lady assisting with the application, the manager, and the gentlemen making the delivery....were professional and respectful, yet , personable and down-to-earth!!!!   YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!     THANKS FOR THE (DOUBLESTUFF,)

This store have the nastiest cuatomer service i have ever experience!! I love my forniture but if you are a day behind they act like the going to go hungry if you dont pay them, remember im the one doing bussines to you.. the people are rude and dont undertand situations if i dont answer the phone they call at the job without carying of you can get in trouble or not.. like i said like they going hungry!! Very bad customer service rude people wont recomend!!

I rented a refrigerator on 4-26-17. I was told it had previously been rented to someone else. There was no shelf in the freezer but I was promised one by big Al who said don’t mention it to anyone. As of today I’ve never received the shelf. The items on the top shelf
in the fridge freeze and the items in the middle stay warm. Today two very nice workers came to give me a loaner fridge which was smaller than what I have. They wanted to repair the one here then return it. I spoke with Al about that inconvenience. He said he would compensate me. I asked for bigger fridge with a shelf in the freezer for the same monthly rate. He refused. The staff is very nice and will nicely rip you off and provide less than quality appliances so don’t rent from here!! I’ve paid $390 in 6 months and have had more spoiled food than ever in my life but that meant nothing. Only how much I can pay a month is important. FOH!!!

I been a customer since opening 13 years ago and they treat me like part of the family, all the merchandise are the best quality ever, thank Aarons of Bloomfield NJ.
