New management yet again!!! I have been with you for many years and it's always been that if you rent something that was previously rented u only pay what was left on original agreement. Well I wanted a previously rented couch set (which was well used ) and they wanted to charge me for 24 months at a very small discount !!!! So my question is why would i stay with Aarons when easy home is offering better prices ? Why witg every new management comes new rules???? And custom we service now is horrible !!!!

Probally the worst customer service in all of history very unorganized the lack of professionalism is just wow is all I can say no one can give any type of answers as to what's happening an the worst part is even if you are approved the store can just refuse to serve you because as a consumer we are unable to ask any questions at or we are the bad guys I was expecting a delivery on Saturday an then obviously didn't come so when I called for answers an got attitudes an wasn't even asked my name I was hung up on so I obviously called back an again not even asked my name an was hung up on so yes if you are the type of customer who doesn't want answers an likes to be treated like your unvalued an enjoys being hung up on when questions are asked then yes it's the place for you but if you are a strong minded customer an has lots of questions an likes proper an professional answers an doesn't enjoy be talked down to by th employees of a place where you are spending you hard earned money as well are not fond of bullying as this is what happened to me today I had questions an was giving inaccurate information an yes was a little upset but just wanted answers an resolution but instead I was bullied buy an entire store not 1 but 2 employees bullied imagine that with all we are trying to teach our children about how this is bad a that seems to be all the rage in customer service I'm so disgusted an honestly the don't even deserve a 1 star th3 deserve a big fat 0 😠😢😟😳😵😞

New manager is horrible. The PS4 I have isnt working right and I ordered a new one when my account was in good standing. Took 3 weeks to come in and by that time my bill came out so I had to wait till I paid it to get new PS4 even though my account was in good standing when I ordered new one. So Once I went in to pay it they had givin the PS4 that was on hold to someone else with even contacting me first...so I had to wait once again...Paid my bill and they ordered me another one again. So now I am a lil short on my payment and they still wont give me the PS4 even though my account was NOT in arrears when they orderd it. Will NOT make another purchase there.

I havnt missed a payment with you people since we started with you . if anything my payments were early 99 percent of the time on time, and today I charged a late fee, if we were late more I would say ok but we wernt. And the guy who took my payment had the personsonality of a rock. we were thinking about going through you for something else but if thats how you treat a loyal customer, I would hate to see how you treat your other loyal customers.
