We're happy to say, we are NOT your typical retail furniture store. Actually, the opposite. Your average furniture dealer has a 200%-400% mark up on the furniture they sell to pay for showroom sales personnel, high rent in prime locations, marketing and on and on. As a discount warehouse, we keep our overhead to a minimum by keeping things simple. At Urban Decor, you won't see pushy salesmen working for a commission or the cost of a fancy showroom being built into the price of the furniture. And with out these things, we pass those savings on to our customers.
