My dad works there it's the best furniture store ever

Ok, yes the store is strange looking and a bit strange to navigate, but I had no problem with this. My order, which was originally supposed to be ready in 3-5 weeks, was not ready for 10. They screwed up my order, blamed it on me in the rudest way possible, and when they realized it was their mistake, did not even apologize. The store manager only threatened me, saying that if I did not pick up my order within 15 days, they would start charging me storage fees. I am saving you all the gory details, but I cannot remember the last time I was so angry. Also, the delivery company won't even return my phone calls to set up delivery! I don't even have my furniture yet, but it had better be gorgeous.

We found the place interesting and worth checking out. We had a helpful salesperson, they had the couch I wanted and delivered it within the hour. I plan to purchase there again.

The furniture I recieved is fine, nothing to write home about. Of course, I am still waiting after 11 weeks for the complete order. The original quote was 4-6 weeks. The customer service was horrible and the people were overly rude. After asking to speak with a manager I was transferred to the owner who made no appologies for his staff and stated that he will always back up his employees and never the customer. I am now at a point where I do not even want my furniture. It has been the worst exerience ever.
