Satisfied customer:
I purchased a mattress set from Aaron’s and the experience was exceptional. The ordering of it couldn’t be easier, the lead time was less than a week and the delivery was excellent. 
They told me the date it would be in, asked me for a time that would work for me and they showed up within the time frame! Diego and Greg were both kind and courteous, exceptional customer service!

My friend just moved into a new apartment, and was hosting a dinner last night. In the middle of the evening we hear a large bang on the door. It was an Aaron’s worker, there to collect a table that had been rented by a previous tenant. 

My friend explained the situation, and that he had nothing to do with the previous tenant. The employee then requested ID to verify that my friend wasn’t the man in question - Which my friend gave. Then the employee said he needed to look through the apartment and make sure the table wasn’t there.

At that point I stepped in and explained that this was private property, and that my friend had already provided more assistance to them that was required, and that he had no right to come in. 

The employee then simply stated, “If you don’t let me in now, I’ll just keep coming back until you let me in”. Somehow in his mind, threatening harassment is an appropriate course of action. In the end, my friend let him in, and then he left, without the table... because, like we had said, it wasn’t there
