All Sales Are Not Final - Terrible experience at McCord Rd store. I changed my mind and decided to return $500 worth of equipment within 30 minutes of the sale. When I spoke with the store manager I told him I changed my mind and that for the money, I might as well revamp my entire system. He was cocky and rude and said "All sales are final - sorry." I told him all sales aren't final, left the equipment on his counter and told him he could deal with American Express. As I walked out the door he shouted "I'm not taking responsibility for this equipment..." and "You know what American Express is going to say...!?" in front of about 10 customers. I turned and responded - "Yes - I do know what American Express is going to say..." I laughed and left. 

The next day he left a message on my voicemail and asked me to call him to discuss the matter. I never did. I filed a dispute with American Express. They credited my account and the claim was eventually resolved and I kept my money.  I later went online and found the same equipment they tried to stick me with for about 35% less! 

Long story short - use a credit card when you make any expensive purchases. If you are a company who has an "all sales are final" policy, I feel you're a company that has something to hide... You are completely behind the times. This is the day and age when people want to feel secure spending their hard earned money with your company.  I had spent several thousand dollars with TAS in the past, will never deal with them again, and have since taken my business elsewhere.

I Have been a loyal customer for almost 13yrs now, and I can honestly say I have never had one problem with Dave or his installers, they are always square and on the level. I have taken 5 different vehicles there over the years and have been fully satisfied every time. They just finished installing several upgrades to my truck and their work speaks for itself. Loyal customer for life.

Just had my remote start installed at the Holland location.  As soon as I arrived I was helped out and the staff was quick and friendly.  I even asked about getting my tail lights tinted and they were able to accommodate me on that as well.  I honestly don't know what the bad reviews are talking about as far as the staff being rude.  That was not my experience at all.  My only suggestion is to show up as soon as they open especially on the weekend because they get busy very quickly and these installs can take hours to complete.  They even have a nice little lounge area to watch tv and use the restroom while you wait.  If I ever need something else I wouldn't hesitate to come here again.

I can't say enough to cover the extent of the professionalism at TAS. Best advice, go and see Dave and no matter what your trying to do or what your issue is he can help. His knowledge extends well beyond just car audio. Great customer service and great prices with products and warranties they stand behind 100%. One of the best parts about it is he is really great at working with you to figure out the best bang for your budget. My JVC radio(with all hardware), my Rockford amp and 6x9s and my rediculous box for my 2 15s all came out of here and I gotta say, wow! Forget all other car after market shops and just go here. I promise you won't be disappointed no matter what your getting done!!

I have gone to them for any electrical stuff and the tinting is exactly. Great job with installing my LED lights inside the car. Awesome
