Awesome people and they helped me and my wife out a lot. After switching from Verizon a year ago, I have not had worse service like Verizon tries to claim. It's not 2004 anymore. I travel for a living so I think I would know. Great place because this place helped us get our plans figured out after Best Buy screwed them up. I will go here from now on.

Drew was VERY rude. Went in to see why my S6 wasn't working, was told I needed to pay $200 for deductible..left came back next day to pay, Jay told me I had to file a claim thru insurance comp..something Drew NEVER said the day before. He came over and began yelling & being very aggressive telling me he did tell me that. I asked him to please stop talking to me as I was speaking with Jay & he started yelling at me in front of customers & acted as if he wanted to get in my face..another employee grabbed him..I did not yell at him only asked him why would I come back into the store to pay deductible if I was told the day before that I needed to call...if he had told me that, I wouldn't have been in the store for a second time. I have never in my life been treated so bad by a customer service agent. He was threatening in nature and tone & I hope the Mgr Malcolm reviews the video tape of the encounter. Drew does NOT need to be in a customer service position at all. I will be lodging a complaint with the corporate office.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a sprint store. I went into this sprint store to pay off my device which was leased. I was instructed by them that I had to do this in store and that it would be very quick. Now on the launch day of the Galaxy s8 they only have three employees working. Which is rediculous. Then after being told that the manager was busy we were told that the manager had now left the building. This hugely irresponsible. The staff blatantly ingnored us. I cannot believe the lack of service we received. I will be contacting the district and regional manager. I am disgusted.

Not really the store I don't think but was told by Sprint to return our phones after we switched to another service to this store via an email direct from Sprint. Went to the store after making a special trip as it's no where near where we work or live only to wait for a rep who then told me they don't take phones back here and I would need to call Sprint's special number to get a return kit mailed to me. And yes that was fun to ,nearly 45 minutes on the phone to order the kit.

They were able to answer my questions quickly and friendly. However, my questions were quite basic and did not require much research.
