Worst place to order delivery guys especially the young one very very lazy! I had a sofa deliver 4/20/2018 and they ripped it and ruin it and i paid too much for that to happen. I rather go to a different furniture store cause they get it from the warehouse here they let it sit in the store for days before delivering it and you never know people sits on it and it’s already paid but instead of keeping it in the back they don’t! The ripped on my chair is big and i will never ever or recommend anyone to go to this place ever!

This location is unprofessional. They will change your due date and not inform you. The management is unprofessional and rude. He called me a liar and began yelling at me in a very disrespectful way. I had to even ask why was he speaking to me that way. I've been ordering items with this location for 10 years and my latest experience was very unnecessary. I have never had a problem with this location until now. I had a payment due date of the 15th. I had financial issues, due to car problems, however, I paid them late...on the January 22nd. That payment was a 7 day late payment. All of a sudden on February 2nd I began to received constant calls. I can't always answer at work. I work 14 to 16 hours a day sometimes. I cannot answer and discuss those sorts of issue on the phone. I ALWAYS PAY, so there is no need to do that anyway. Now, my payments are $223.00 a month. I believe twice I’ve paid only half. But again. I ALWAYS pay. However, I digress. On yesterday, a delivery guy shows up at my door on the 12th of Feb, stating because I was 11, days late on a payment they would have to pick up the furniture. Now, I have not missed a month in payment. I may be late, but I don't miss, even if I don't have the full portion, I always pay something. Let's make that very clear. Second, how am I 11 days late when my initial contract stated I was due on the 15th. He also showed a paper stating that last month I was 18 days late. I’m not sure how that is even possible considering that my due date is the 15th and I paid on the 22nd. Also, mathematically, even if they switched to the 1st of the month, the payment should have shown that I was 21 days late. So that alone is a LIE and falsified documentation. I informed the delivery guy, I would pay on my regular due date which would be one day after the 15th on my payday, the 16th and again, I just made a payment on the 22nd, making me ONLY 7 days late for January and 9 days away from their so called "new payment" date. He (delivery guy) contacts his manager and hands me the phone, the manager gets on the phone begins to yell, I tell him that I could pay on Friday, and that someone changed my due date to the first, he yells again and said, we are picking up the furniture today, you are a liar, no one changed your due date. At this point, I don’t want to do business with no one who will speak to me like that. I politely let them take their items. Because I have never been so insulted in all of my life by someone who was so crass, rude and unprofessional. The delivery guy makes the comment that had I answered the phone when they were trying to contact me, then this would not be happening... so I asked, so technically you are doing this out of spite or some form of punishment and to add insult to injury they did this on my child's birthday. He also stated I know you pay a lot to live here, so once your check come you will be struggling to pay this payment. First that’s extremely rude, and offensive because again, I’ve never missed a month. And where or how I live has nothing to do with Aaron’s or Aaron’s employees. However, it comes across as a scam that you would change someone’s due date at will like that and expect them to pay you, take the furniture, so all the money put in has gone down the drain.. So I’m very displeased with the way in which I was called a liar, and how they just changed my due date on me…and how they would come to pick up furniture for being a 11 days late according to them. Which, if my due date would have stayed the same, I would ONLY be 1 day late. Never again will I purchase anything from here, and it’s disappointing because I’ve bought many items with them and have never been spoken to like this or had any issues with this location. They have officially lost a loyal customer! Please get new management at this location. This is poor business practice.

This is the worst Company I’ve ever almost done business with! Anyone on here leaving great reviews is probably related to the workers! They Lie! They Lie! They Lie! John will even go above and beyond to call his regional manager just to make sure he’s covered! Don’t have any mail or notes on your door that are private cause they take it upon themselves to open it and read it!!
