Josh Willis gave great customer service. He was very nice an formative. He greeted me at the door and soon after that helped me with everything. He did his best to meet my standards on what I wanted. I would recommended this store to anybody. Great prices and great furniture.

Greg gave me an exceptional customer service experience. I found everything I wanted within 30 minutes. Will definitely be shopping here again. The manager Iran has trained a very good team of customer service reps and salesmen.

Our sales rep Josh was great from the time we entered exclusive furniture through our tour as we browsed. All sales associates were friendly and happy even the manager came over and introduced himself and advised us they he was having a great day and he was here to help anyway he can. He even advised us of the Sunday special! Awesome location!

Julius was a great salesperson to work with. Helped me and my wife get the right bedroom furniture at the right price. He was very helpful and put no pressure on us to buy.

Wonderful! I went to Exclusive Furniture on Highway 6 and Westheimer after being disappointed by Rooms To Go and they took really good care of me. Greg and Henry were amazing!! They were patient with me and ensured that I got the best deal possible. A day later, my furniture was delivered! I'm so glad I went to Exclusive Furniture!
